Liverpool fans stabbed ahead of game

It gets worse.

Three Liverpool fans have been treated in hospital for stab wounds. A father and his two sons and their friend were also injured.

The other four were injured when they were attacked by a group of 20 to 30 men.
Gary Brown, 50, from Hertfordshire, and his son Adam, 17, received a knife injury and bruising respectively.
Mr Brown's other son Daniel, 23, was not injured but family friend Ross Hazeldene, also 23, suffered a knife wound.

Despicable.

There needs to be harsher punishments for those involved in these attacks really. But blaming Napoli itself when the stabbing wasn't even on the club's property is stupid.

I do think the bans they receive aren't enough of a punishment though. Most of the time they only come with a timid sentence.

This is disgraceful. You would have to be crazy to do something like that.

2 men who were involved had their houses searched and the police found weapons used in the attacks and they have been charged with attempted murder. Still inexcusable behaviour.

Went on a Liverpool Forum and found out that a Naples newspaper told its readers to watch out for Liverpool Hooligans.

Also before the game a group of about 30 Napoli fans attacked a group of about 10 Liverpool fans as reported on SSN.

I hope those b*****ds recieve apropiate punish for that.

Brainless violent people...

Also before the game a group of about 30 thugs attacked a group of about 10 Liverpool fans as reported on SSN.

Corrected.

Don't call them Napoli fans, that's tarring them all with the same brush. They're thugs, hooligans. The fact that they happen to support Napoli is entirely irrelevant.
