First off these Tactics are based orignally on a tactic found in Knap's thread and so therefore credit goes out to him and his genius. Man can that guy nail tactics. I thought I would share these in a thread on there own here so I would not hijack his thread and I got a few oppo instructions so therefore it should be easier to follow if its in it's own OP. And plus I can see if they work for you guys
So lets get on with it.

I've been using these since FM14. You will pick up a lot of cards. But.... In my experience you stop crosses will be top of the tackling tables and you get the ball back quick.... And tbh I quite enjoy getting stuck the **** in. The idea is to replicate the Gegenpressing style of Klopp and Poch. And it really works. I'll post what to do below if you go down to 10 men. It will happen but its something you have to deal with. The pressing you get tho is a joy to watch so it is what it is.
Staff responsibilities need to look like this
You need to handle the oppo instructions

I've had some amazing success with this. Now you can switch between control and counter for Home and Away games. It's very effective. I would suggest to any Testers to try that. Often away I'll start on counter and then go to control if I need to.
Here's some screenshots of what this bad boy has done. I been using variations of this for a while so here are some screenshots

As you can see it's not bad. What it also did in a network save I'm in as Toulouse was this.

I've not tested this one to the amount I have the others. Its basically Knapps midsommer murder with a bit of tweak in player instructions and roles. He was using two F9's. For me I did not have them type of players when I was testing at West Ham. As if you call Andy Carroll a F9. You might get locked up. This however really worked for me. I did a Sir Alex Fergerson challenge which you can find here ( http://www.fm-base.co.uk/forum/foot...ories/247327-sir-alex-ferguson-challenge.html )
And I got West Ham. Which was a bonus. And this 442 was crazy good for me. The left winger wants to be a right footer in my experience with Payet as he was outstanding out there and he creates room for the left back. And the Right winger wants to be a proper old fashioned right winger. Moses/Antonio were again brilliant as they do a lot of crossing and work well with the right back.

This has hardly been tested at all. And needs testing. When I have used it, It's been fantastic. Wingers been scoring for fun dominating possession and creating a lot of chances. Its a variation of the other 2 but I think it might be deadly. But then again. It's a Work in progress. So see how you get on with it and by all means share how you get on. The other 2 are a finished article but from what I have seen this looks as effective.

10 men
Go to the 4411 put on counter lose the AMC move him to the back or where ever you got the red card and change the ST to a false 9
Training
I leave match prep and training to the assman. And that can be changed in staff responsibilities
Summary
Good luck. Let me know how you get on. Again all credit goes to Knap and to the guides on set pieces out there etc. This is again just a tweak. And thought it was worth sharing. Let me know how you get on. And full permission if anyone wants to test these in the testing leagues etc. Be cool to see how they do. Or maybe don't. Lol. Cheers Guys.
