Actually, if I am at a small team, I can sign a player over 33 years old.
But if I built a good team, I don't go under 24 years old.

Same here Btw i just sold michael essien 28 yo to liverpool for 50 m , now obi mikel and veloso will take his place . I don't like players over 27-28 years old, except for gk and sometimes CB . Especially when they have enormous wages . The only positive thing is that they bring experience , and youngster tutoring .

Usually don't go for older players but I have started to keep some players who have been at the club for a long time (preferably their entire career). At the age of 36 they don't complain about not playing but when they do their skill and experience often gets me out of trouble.

My teams average age is 22.7 my oldest Player is kikin fonseca who is 30

I like a mixture because i like the older, more experienced "player" as they know what they are doing but when some young talent comes through i like my older "players" to show them how its done(i do help them aswell)
