Prefer V1 to V3, as instead of crosses, i now have 4 guys in the box, the 2 IFs, the AMC and the striker. This makes defenders all together, making shooting on target very hard.

Any thoughts on this?

You could change one inside forward to winger, see how that goes

From seeing the roles/duties i think your team will have gaps in midfield and probably receive a lot of goal, also the transition from defense-attack phase should/could suffer.

Seem to get heavily beaten away from home when I am not the favourite. 3 times I have lost heavily against Bayern, Dortmund and PSG.
